Exchange POLICIES - Lige Mexico

The following exchange policies are valid as of Jan 2024.

If you are not satisfied with the product, have a problem with it or regretted your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Conditions for exchanging products:

Taking the Federal Consumer Protection Law as a reference, you may make an exchange, as long as the product is in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, in the same conditions in which you received it. In addition, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging.

How to request an exchange:

To request a product exchange you must send an email to [email protected], mentioning your full name, order number and reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact information with the necessary information to exchange the product.

Exchange of products with manufacturing defect:

In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

How to request an exchange of defective products:

You should send an email to [email protected] stating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the products and the replacement will be shipped to the original order address. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the new product.

Return Conditions for Regret:

If you regret the purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address, provided that the product shows no signs of use and is in perfect condition. The cost of return will be borne by the customer.
